Look around…at your friends and the people you love, at the people you fear, at your life and how you spend your time, and inside yourself…

Instead of trying to exercise authority, energies channel toward exercising kindness, gentleness, mutuality, and community.

We are connected across time…not only through the structure of the church, but not separate from it either.

I hope that it all fits within the embrace of God’s heart, somehow. And I pray that I fit there too, somehow, helping.
